... and should meet up with us just north of Alice springs.

We are hoping to get to cloncurry on our first night but we will wait and see how we travel. The beloved Jethro was dropped of a the K9 river retreat this morning dont know who got the better end of this holiday. He ahs ten other dogs to play with a river to swim in and daily walks.

Well we will add photos and updates as we go and see what the trip brings.

... and moaned about how unfair it was on him. Anyway, we pull up outside the Ibis hotel, 4 mins later and he charged us $16 saying that there is additional airport tax. By this point, I don't even care, I just want to sleep! He then tries to give me the incorrect change (robber!). We got into to the hotel to check in, "I'm sorry, we don't have you booked here, could I see your confirmation....ah yes, I see the problem, you are actually ...

With our apartment all packed up and looking like we had never even been there, we set off for the airport. We left our car at the Airport and boarded our 2 hour flight to Cairns. We got talking to a comical elderly couple. They had been on a 4 month trip around the world. They were on their final leg of their journey back home from Cairns. They were a retired couple, and it was something they had always wanted to do, after living in ...
