... and scored some great $9.99 tshirt deals. This was a great expo we got lots of freebies and deals. In fact we all got gift coupons for $20.00 free merchandise from Trek Bicycle Store of Madison! Thank u! Walked out of there with a bag full of goodies! The race site is about mile down road. We unloaded the bikes, stickered, stocked and pumped then headed out for a ride to find the start. Fortunately there was a bus from Walmart into town (which I had expertly planned on), so I took that in and walked around. I found the park where Summerfest is being held and walked around. Kinda weird actually, they had what they called "prairies" but to you and me it would be "untrimmed grass areas", which weren't that impressive at the time, but in retrospect were actually pretty cool...There were supposed to be foxes ...
