Grocery shopping was before lunch, because that only makes sense. Ashley, Dj and I went to the Millercoors brewery tour. It was like an episode of 'how it's made' in there. Their business model makes no sense. Free tour AND 3 free beers? Maybe they don't understand how making money works, but we took full advantage of that! ... aid station I took ice and put either in my hat or wrapped it in my bandanna that I wore around my neck. I would also grab a cold water and coke. My only complaint was that the coke was hot!!! Ashli said she would pour hers over the ice. Why didn't I think of that, race brain. There was only one steep short hill on the course. The first time I jogged up it the second time I did walk. I shuffled through each aid station and never walked another time on the course. I ...

In fact we all got gift coupons for $20.00 free merchandise from Trek Bicycle Store of Madison! Thank u! Walked out of there with a bag full of goodies! The race site is about mile down road. We unloaded the bikes, stickered, stocked and pumped then headed out for a ride to find the start. Wow imagine that it is about a mile ...
