... for a few minutes this time of year before you start to get sticky. I don’t know how people could live here to be honest, it was quite suffocating. But due to the heat and extreme humidity, there are thunderstorms almost every afternoon which clears the air - for about an hour at least.
We left the park early evening with very tired feet so that we could pack ready to move on to our next location.

... there and regain some confidence to then carry on my trip - I took several trips out to nearby (within 8 hour) places including camping in a giant butterfly reserve in bandit territory, visiting some mental caves and going on a day trip which turned into six as I turned up Acapulco with only the clothes I was wearing, bearded and smelly! Saw some guys jumping off 100metre rocks and sweated for a few days before heading back up and going out with Alex staying in some mansion and ...

... floats and Mickey beat all the baddies from the movies, yey! After the show ended we headed back to the car and Megan's apartment! We were both thoroughly in the Christmas spirit now so we put up Megan's Christmas tree and watched more Christmas movies until bed time!

The fun wasn't over as today we went to Magic Kingdom :-D and again I haven't been there since I was 10 and it was also free :) I'm so lucky! We got the ferry over and obviously got ...

... drove to Magnolia Plantation and Gardens to see an old time estate which was famous worldwide for it's gardens covering some 70 acres. The owner was a minister of religion, and he became sick with tb and was advised to get outside and do physical exercise to improve his health. He decided to get into gardening, and with an ex-slave as his helper/supervisor he developed a garden "that worked with nature instead of trying to organise nature".
