... most amazing church there and we had a Valentines day dinner at this Mexican restaurant which was so yummy. We ordered a guacamole and it came with GRASSHOPPERS. Tyler loved them he said they tasted like beef jerky but I couldn't get passed the fact they were grasshoppers. We then went to Octavios cousins house and went to a couple of bars. Then we left to go home at 3 and went and got tacos, they were delicious. Such a great day. Miss everyone ...

Now, technically I know that sounds silly, but there are many modes of transportation here and some require more communication than others. Especially the minibuses.

They are basically vans that go a certain route over and over and over again. They are crowded and for a fare under 5 km it is only 3 pesos and to you americans, this is incredibly cheap transportation...Who needs a car.

... It was quite the display.

Anyway it was an interesting week-- I was thankful for my experience but not too keen on doing it again. I realized that I am not a crowd person and that fitting 5 million people into a little town is too much for me. Also I am finally on antibiotics and it is amazing how your energy level goes back to normal when you're not always fighting some sickness.

Thanks for following and I hope to post again soon!
