To return to the RV Park we stayed close to the river and went into the West Yuma Wetland area and park. On the near to thirty kilometer ride we were on city streets when close to the RV Park.

Our friends from BC, Bev and Roger are staying at another campground in the area and we visited them there. When we arrived, happy hour was underway with their neighbours (one couple from Ontario and one couple from Texas). After awhile the neighbours went home and the four of us went out to the Texas Roadhouse for dinner. It was good food, with HUGE portions and we enjoyed catching up with Bev and Roger.

... in last night so use fanny to find a Best Western in Yuma and head there, it's a bit dearer than we would have liked but within our budget so we check in. Nice room with two double beds, big tv and bathroom. We check the internet to see what eateries are nearby and find that there's a Famous Dave's BBQ restaurant a ten minute walk away so we decide to go there. A bit strange walking there, it's not the done thing here in America, everyone seems to ...
