... anyone without some nervousness. Mostly though, I'm excited. I know it's going to be an amazing 4 1/2 months that I'm sure will teach me a lot about myself and will give me experiences of a lifetime.

The day started with a minor flight delay but a short two hour flight into Atlanta for Jared. Natalie was waiting with open arms for a long overdue hug! Our first stop was to the Park Tavern at Piedmont Park. Where we sat under the covered patio by the fire while watching ice skaters try to show off their best moves. ... money or take the time. I've also been craving more protein than usual. I can't seem to get enough chicken, peanut butter, eggs or fish. I now see that all these signals are my body telling me what it needs in this moment to be comfortable and healthy.
