I made my reservations last summer for 2013 Bike Week. My room was ready and clean when I arrived on 3-10-13.

The room had two queen beds, mini refrigerator, microwave, safe (cost extra to use), coffee maker, and hair dryer. The ice maker was in the lobby.

For the people who know me the hair dryer was not needed (lol). The only amenity I put to use was the refrigerator and it kept the drinks very cold.

The air conditioning and heat both worked fine as well as the shower.

I stayed here in October 2010 for Biketoberfest and I was pleased with my stay then as well.

I would recommend Microtel Inn and Suites at Palm Coast.

This newly claimed territory extended north and west to encompass most of the known lands of the North American continent that had not been claimed by the Spanish in New Spain (Mexico and the Southwest). In the following half century, the government of Spain launched no less than six expeditions attempting to settle Florida; all failed. In 1564 French Huguenots (Protestants) succeeded in establishing a fort and ...

... warranty as my bike was not on there system but suggested I try and get my dealers from the UK to pay for it so I have emailed and await there reply. They also said that the pump will come off without having to drop the engine so I should be able to do it my self the only difficult bit might be replacing the rubber seal. As it was $395 I hope they say yes but it's not the end of the world if not.

A typical tourist day as to day we went on an airboat ride at Boggy Creek. Which was OK but our captain of the airboat was happier just to sit there talking instead of belting around the swamps on the airboat but we did get to to see an alligator basking in the sun and quite close up too, wasn't sure ...

Palm Coast A1A to Daytona Beach then St. Augustine

A travel blog entry by saved_by_grace on Mar 15, 2013

Started off this morning and went down (south) the A1A highway from Palm Coast, Fl all the way to Daytona Beach and down Main Street.

I proceeded back up (north) the A1A to Flagler Beach, and past Palm Coast all the way to St. Augustine and visited this city for the first time.

I am looking for a good place to eat a late lunch and will use Trip Advisor to assist me with that choice.

See where I chose to stop and eat on my next ...
