    ... and I went and spent 2 hours in the pool it was lovely. Then I went and had dinner with Tina, Anne, Chris and Casey at the only place nearby, Bluebone Grill. I had grouper with crab and lobster Thermidor sauce, broccoli and zucchini. It was delicious. We shared a bottle of moscato, it was Australian so good. Amazingly I had desert, a key lime pie.     Our journey continues almost to Florida through 2 other states, Mississippi and sweet home Alabama. Pensacola is nice and has some great beaches. We checked out Perdido Key and Destin. But the later was a bit to touristy for us and not very dog friendly.

    ... aerobic class that lasted an hour. It was a good workout and by the end of the hour we were all dripping wet with perspiration, red faced from exertion and happy to have endured. It was a fun morning!
