Seems like a very good motel chain, budget priced at $75 per night, free wifi and free continental breakfast. Clean, comfortable beds - that's all you need for an overnight stay. The highlight for us was the tour of the Columbus Washboard Company, yes, washboards are still being manufactured, in fact, the factory we toured is the only remaining manufacturer of washboards in the US. What a gorgeous day. 1 rain delay for about 30 minutes in the late afternoon. Didn't try to ride in the downpour, see pictures. Another 750km day, leaving about 600 km to finish off on Sunday. Stayed at a Quality Inn in St George for the nite, while not a dump, signs of getting there in a year or two are there. Limited supper choices, choose KFC, ouch big ...
