        Right across the Marriott, is a huge mall which extends at length crossing 2 streets. I like this mall for it has a nice relaxing area, like a flight of steps, in the centre where i always see a good crowd. I have not yet relaxed there yet - may be some day.         D-Day. Smooth taxi ride to the airport and check in. Rather impressive as only 1 bag was over the limit but we were kindly let off as it was only by 3 kilos.         Tracks played were Draw the Line, Fixative, Nemesis, Babylon, Sail Away, Please Forgive Me, Shine, Lately, Kathleen, Jackdaw, Flame Turns Blue, World to Me, My Oh My, The One I Love. (Not in that order!)....and I am sure I have forgotten one or two.

        At the end, Talia and Ben gave us a ride back into Manhattan – which saved us a good hour as the only train back was the 11.50pm and the concert finished at 10.45pm. We are certainly indebted to them ...

        ... where to stay. Thing is until I know what we are going to be doing I wont be able to work out where is best to stay. So tomorrow will be back to basics – define what the agenda is and then pick a hotel nearest to all of the activities. Sounds so simple when you put it like that.
