There is also an amusement park closeby where children can enjoy, and you also get to see a Big Golf Course, with people trying their shots.
Overall a nice place if you are passing by Elmira, or are visiting Watkins, to add to the places to visit. I doubt anyone would like to travel 4-5 hours to just visit this place.

We stayed on the Gorge Trail but you can access the Indian Trail (that has 3 gorge overlooks and more sun) or the South Rim Trail (that has no gorge view and is shaded) near the Mile Point if you want an alternate way back. The bridge under the falls was already becoming a bottleneck at 9:45 with everyone stopping to take pictures underneath the falls.
