Last full day in the U.S. Before I leave for Australia. There seems to be so much to remember and prepare for the long flight, so I'm starting now! Hopefully I don't forget anything! I know it's going to be such an amazing experience, but I can't express how much I'm going to miss my loving husband. Jeremy, I love you and can't wait to see you when I ...

... Granted, I've traveled to several developing nations where many in the population is still very poor and witnessed these living conditions, but never in the United States.

Andrew and Bernice lived in a rural part of town around Auburn on a piece of property that had been owned by their father. On the property was a run-down house that was literally falling apart and was absolutely unlivable. Attached to the house ...

The Braves and The Fish-Punchers Are Defeated

... pitchers surrendered 4 in the second, 2 in the third, 4 in the fourth to take a commanding lead and would hold on to win 13-6. The Braves were then down 2-1 in the series and facing elimination. This gave me the sense of dread that I might not be returning to Atlanta in a few days to see Game 5 or any other playoff games for that matter. Unfortunately, this intuition proved correct the next ...
