    port Aransas was very different than south padre island. port Aransas is "rounder", like a half moon, it feels bigger than spi although i'm not sure it is. in spi you can almost see from one side of the gulf to the bay, port Aransas isn't like that. it's not the "strip" that spi is. and there is no town center to speak of but many little areas with a few shops and restaurants throughout the town. the birding center here has ...
