... Mountain Bakery in Marquette. We are all set up in what we call 'Langevin Lane' with power and water. It's hot here but we can't run the air conditioner as it will blow the fuse in Mom's house. So, if it is too hot, we will just drag our bed into her basement and sleep there. We may go off grid for a while now while we visit family and friends. So we may not be posting every day for the next week or so...but, stay tuned, we do have a trip home to get through ...

... swimming and a few on the board.
It was getting late by this point so we quickly got going again. We wanted to stop at Snug Harbour for some more fuel and ice cream cones for everyone. It took a little longer to get in as the docks were full and we had to wait for a spot.

We had a slow morning in Franklin Bay, swimming, reading books and just hanging out. We ate an early lunch and headed out.
Our first stop was Snug Harbour for some ice and ice cream.
We then headed out to the bay. James assured me that the water was much calmer than we had previously experienced and he was right! We headed straight out to some outer buoys and then got on a course ...

We decided to stay put today and just hang out here at Franklin. The forecast was for possible thunderstorms which never materialized. We had a few brief showers but that was it. Other than that it was a gorgeous day. A bit overcast for most of the day which we enjoyed after being in strong sunshine for several days. We are all looking very tanned with a little pink in some spots! At about 4:00 the ...
