    We figured being in Missouri we needed to stop by Kansas City for some amazing BBQ since the city is known for it!! We stopped at.... We ordered 4 huge meals and shared between the four of us!!     ... disaster and exceptionally difficult to contact while abroad. Last but not least, Miss Sara. She has reminded me, on more than a few occasions, to take a deep breath and calm down. Without these reminders I probably would have lost my marbles and been put in the looney bin. So thanks guys!
    Now that I've dumped 9 months of chaos, panic, and excitement on all of you, I'm off to enjoy my last few days in the U.S. See you in Ireland! Arrivederci i miei amici :)
