      ... miserable and slept on either me or grant, and threw up another 3-4 times however it may have been better than her being awake and not sitting still at all while everyone was "sleeping" during the day so I'll count my lucky chickens. So apart from James shouting out very loudly "dad" every half an hr or so as his tv was faulty - with headphones on, I think our nearby passengers were pretty lucky!
      When we got to Miami it was 2pm and 5 hrs behind UK time of 7pm! ...

      ... long time for our luggage and then getting to our rental car. (The Miami airport was designed with the rental car facility miles away from the main terminal. Normally, you get there after what seems to be a mile of people movers and a monorail.
