... approached at a set of traffic lights by some people wanting to wash windows - no amount of saying no or flicking on the windscreen wipers seemed to deter them. As soon as the lights turned green we shot out of there - and although Louise was ****** at the intrusion she seemed to appreciate the fact that they had actually cleaned most of the front window!

Not sure exactly where, but we found a park on the side of the road in Milan. It happened to be ...

It was a little stressful getting to the airport. We had to gas up at one of the two stations they told us to, close to the airport, or they would charge us 65 euro for the service. So, getting to one of the stations to gas up and back to the airport was ...

... in some excellent twisties and switchbacks with smooth tar and little traffic. Once again after a good fun run out of cortina the group takes a vote to do one more pass as it is close by, and we weren't disappointed what fun the afternoon session had been. We pull up at a picturesque lake setting for the obligatory photo shoot and then wend our way back home for a well earned shower feed and a beer. Everyone appeared preoccupied in organising routes and ...
