Day 10 - Downtime and Disney recovery

... worst part about leaving a hotel is the packing. Luckily this hotel had an 11am check-out time, which made things slightly less stressful. And with all of our belongings jammed in the suitcases, which are getting heavier and heavier, we bid sayonara to the permanently chronically joyful front desk staff as we handed in our card-keys, and boarded the courtesy bus for one last Disney themed ride to Maihama station.

... squeezed it face side up. End result was Efren was absolutely covered in sesame ginger salad dressing! Not a big deal, but probably the most memorable part was the server's reaction -- he was shocked and embarrassed and couldn't bring over enough water or napkins to help clean it up. ... promptness. Our train arrived at 8:40 on the dot and was gone by 8:42. We made about 5 stops before we arrived at our destination and at all of the stops the train stopped for only about 2 minutes. This is such a change from Central and South America. I don't thing they have the lead I want.We ate tea in the Italian buffet restaurant at out motel. It cost 2200 each for the bufffet and for another 1050 I got the alcohol buffet. ... Asakura to go back to Ameyoko that we had seen on the bus earlier. We came out of the station to dead quiet streets and realized that Al had taken us 3 stations too far, and had come out at the Asahi Brewery, so we walked back down the road past different shops, local people and restaurants until we came to where we wanted to be. It was a hectic walk but enjoyable. The Ameyoko or American Alley is mind boggling with mainly men sitting at slot machines, girlie bars, restaurants, market ...
