      As the weather forecast was no better today we decided to just get out and try and do something. We headed up to the ten thousand buddhas as it was a new moon (I found out later) it was absolutely rammed up there as there is an ancestors area there as well. The police were directing traffic it was do busy! We trekked up the hill to see the ten thousand Buddhas.       The views at the top are fantastic, you really can only see sky scrapers, we also have great views of the IFC (International Finance Centre) and the ICC (International Commercial Centre) which are about 105 floors tall. The IFC has everything in it and is on our side so we are often walking through it, it has every kind of designer shop ...

      ... the day fade into night and then slowly all of the beautiful lights on Hong Kong Island started to illuminate the sky. It was a stunning sight and one I will never forget. We stayed for the light show which saw the big buildings projecting brightly coloured laser beams high up into the sky!!
