... in the entire world! We left Rocky and headed to Ueno to get another suitcase for all my stuff I have bought. (I knew I would). We then stumbled upon a big Japanese festival (it really starts next week) but had a little bit of a taste of it today in Ueno. There are tonnes of people dressed up in traditional festival garb and they try and carry this. Mikoshi it was fun cause they had to do some pretty tricky maneuvering to get it past the phone lines hanging in the streetway.
