    ... very well. We took 6-8 escalators just to get to our connection. But as we walk through one of the arrival halls with somewhere near 30-40 foot ceilings and massive mirrored columns we understand that show is almost more important here then the actual function. With our heads spinning from the long flight and dazzling halls. We finally get to our gate and go to checkin to our flight. This is where things take a turn for the worse.

    Gosh that flight is a long one!! We left Melbourne a little late after a glitch in a computer.....did he really need to tell us that??? 14 hours later we arrive in Dubai and stagger through the terminal to collect our baggage and catch a taxi.....Peter leading the way as he was desperate for a cigarette.
