    ... slot machines. Nowhere did we see any "quit smoking" signs and in fact saw one cigarette dispensing machine in the front garden of a private home in Lörrach. Lörrach is very close to the borders of Germany, France and Switzerland. Again there were no border controls to stop at however there was evidence of where the border was and police were in attendance.     ... and the cafe chairs we had sat in the day before are FULL of snow. Incredible. Just four days ago I got a sunburn on Jungfrau and now I am in my snow bunny gear.     ... get a treat in the form of a dessert at the end, I'm in. I said a good ten silent prayers as we walked into the pool center and the guy was no where to be found. My gran's eyes like hawks, small and searching but he never did come. His guardian angels deserve a raise.     ... from Jossy, corn, a veggie sausage that we found in the fridge, some rice and apple sauce. It was all quite good and almost like thanksgiving back home.

    We now have to plan our upcoming week. We have no friends in the next place we want to go so we have to book hostels or figure something else out.
