... gardens went from rain forest, to regular forest to desert. The outside gardens were all pretty much dead, but the paths were still pretty. The garden was right along a river so we walked along the river for a bit. There was a neat pedestrian bridge underneath the giant train bridge. The water in the river was perfectly see–through and so beautiful. John said it was like that because it came from a glacier.
