Another new experience

This morning I woke on time and after a quick breakfast and a cup of coffeee, I was ready to leave at about 6.45am. The trip to Calais was uneventful; just a few queus and a lot of slow,moving traffic. Having stopped twice on the way for a cup of coffee and a bathroom visit, I arrived at Calais Port at 12.15pm. The Indians hideaway
... site nearest the TGV line for me to enjoy seeing some trains - whilst there were trains they were not intrusive being in a deep cutting by where she picked and didn't disturb our sleep, and I never actually saw one of them.
The site has a nice pool and bar area but as we were out of season it was closed (even though the site is open all year ) and an open air gym too.
We were able to walk /buggy ride into Boulogne ...
