      Got on a Eurostar (fast train) in Rome for our trip to Switzerland. I was rather looking forward to it as I have never been on one before. We had seats allocated and the train was packed to capacity. For a journey of 580 Km to Milan with stops in Florence and Bologna we had 3 hours 15 minutes allocated, not bad when you think.       ... cows!!!!!! But the one thing we needed to see out the window was bulle train station, but no it wasn't there! Not at all! Once again we were lost! Yippee! We got off at the end of the line, spoke to a few different people and found an English speaking train driver. And this man was amazing! So kind! So friendly! Our saviour! He wrote on a piece of paper how to get to the chocolate factory!! We had to travel on his train and the train was going back ...

      ... to practice in German and Swiss-German. All of this for free! If it weren't for Lucas, we would not have visited Interlaken or Grindelwald.

      Quick frustration. I like water. But I don't think anyone in Europe likes it. I have yet to have a glass of ice water. They don't serve it! If you ask for water they give you a cold bottled water no less than 2 Euro. I want a glass and I want ice... But no dice.
