      Had a very fast flight from Ottawa to Heathrow (only 6 hours) - great tailwinds. Glenn & Louise Hewus and Jim & I met up with Holly (Jim's sister) and Liz Stiff at the arrivals lounge.       ... chilled' attitude is a must and all rat racing must be left at the door on arrival. Done and done.

      With regards to #diabetes, this seems like the perfect place for everything to be stress free and easy so as long as I make it to the island with my arms clutching my insulin pens, things will be just fine. Just fine indeed.

      Another day of packing. After a quick trip to Kingston to get some last minute things we needed, we headed back to Celia's for a long session of packing.
