We continued the rest of our flight to Johannesburg another 7.5 hours getting there at around 5pm on Saturday. I took picture of JoLynn with the flight attendants, Had these neat "I love Genie" Hats. I attached photos. Hotel is massive and looks like Caesars Palace. Think it may have been owned by them at some time. Is a massive Casino, Resort near …

Left the camp at 8am with a minibus transfer to Joburg. Checked into the hotel and decided to visit Sandton City in Joburg. The roads and infrastructure are so much better than when we visited before the World Cup. We took a train from the airport to the shopping city, had a look rond and then stopped for lunch ...

      ... be photographed.

Travel tip #51 When in a country where you see no other people who are white, think twice before taking ANY pictures at all. You are not in the United States.

I'll be flying in a few hours down to South Africa and will post what I have so far and will add to this day later. I look forward to seeing all our friends, the Wallis's, Websters and others in Pretoria.
