    When owners are Not Professionals -Disappointing!

    ... excuse was not good enough to convince me. Throughout all this time she had an ironic smile on her face, but alas she did not realize how unprofessionally she treated the whole situation.


    Instead, the whole of that day was wasted. Plans, Activities and Appointments, all had to be cancelled. I was so disappointed that the only thing I wanted that moment, was to leave.


    I could have easily gone to the neighboring St. George Hotel & Rooms, ...

    ... beach called Kalogria Beach. The beaches in Greece are very organised. They have Lido's which are sun lounges and umbrellas. We had to pay 2 Euro to use it. They had music playing through speakers and Tom and I were dancing. We also played soccer and tennis.
    That night we went into town and ate yummy Gyros. We then went for a walk but Dad got into a fight with a lady (again!). ...

We surprised Stella the wife, mother, cook and waitress when we came for dinner and we had to be patient when she alone had to do the cooking and serving until her husband/fisherman came home to……..supervise. Stella- from Moldavia and Nikos were very hospitable and over the next two days Nikos became our home away from home and it was there that we watched the opening game of the World Cup ...

    We left early (8:30 !!) hoping to catch enough wind to sail, but to no avail. We had an uneventful trip with a little excitement as we came around the top of Kea. There we sighted the mainland of Greece, the first mainland we had seen since we started our trip this year.

    A day trip to Nea Styra allowed us to go for a nice swim with a return ferry boat ride.
    we enjoyed the small ferry ride weather so nice got to Arlene and nicks condo with nicks dad then set up and had coffee then down to the beech for a nice swim along with a walk we returned in the afternoon
    for the evening we went for a coffee and ice cream along the beech in Athens with loads of people around ...
