We have been here a whole week and have slept most of the time! Poor Patrick has had a couple of days in bed with a cold but better now. In between periods of sleep we have had a couple of lovely walks to Charakopio, our nearest town and Kombi, our nearest village. Also to local beaches for a paddle. Too cold to swim just yet. ... there was the living room with a nice sofa and couch and a fireplace. There was a mini fridge to keep water cool. The corner staircase leaded to the attic and the very bright upper floor was spacious and comfortable. The queen bed was perfect just like we expected it to be. It made us feel like home!

... feeling. I have never experienced such intense heat. Although I had sandals on the sand burned my feet. We all have our beach routine and know what and when we need to unpack from the car and the order to re pack it again. I carry the bags and I usually wait for the umbrella and chairs to be set up so I can put the bags in the middle. But the girls were so impatient and wanting me to do the sun screen routine so they can go in the water. I was sweating like crazy ...
