... Then we went to, strangely, one of the best parties I have ever had the pleasure of being invited to.

It started on the streets, a group of maybe 30 of their close friends and neighbours plus the kids - SO cute, all dressed up as witches and skeletons and princesses. ... up all the way to the street. We actually had to walk in the street to walk by the places. Amy and I looked at the two, picked the slightly less crowded one and proceeded inside to a table. We were greeted by our waitress who quickly realized we spoke very little German and said speak in English it is OK. She was a great waitress and we had a great meal. I ordered exactly what I wanted for my birthday dinner, Schweinshaxe wahlweise (pork knuckle). It came ...
