... train station was right near
the beach so we went there first and let me say it was definitely not as good
as the beaches that we have at home. But it was nice though, similar to Sydney I
guess… there were lots of people! But not many people swimming which didn’t surprise
me as the water near the beach was brown haha

... seafood is the speciality in Qingdao (and beer, Tsingtao!- but thats another story!). I tried oysters, muscles, clams, cockles, sea snails, octopus, and loved all of them, who knew i wasn't that fussy after all!
