What a thrill this day on the water is going to be. We have never been to West Point on land, but today we are going to get to see it from the water on the Hudson River.

I don't have words to adequately describe how breathtaking the site of the facility was when we ...

The real serious preparation for China began on the 4th of July. I had to meet with the other interns before going off to China on the 12th so I decided to head back to NY (which is where China Institute is) on the 5th. Since it was ...

This is our last night in the tent, because we have little more than 60 miles to Sleepy Hollow.

We had a long day today. The heat, city riding, hills and narrow roads made it tough. 91 miles

Drivers in Ontario slow down when they see bikers. New Yorkers speed up.

    Minnesota- shortest mileage in state
    Wisconsin- most rolling hills
    Michigan- most road kill
    Ontario- politest road manners
    New York- biggest urban ...
