Today was a day filled with lots of traveling to reach Lyon. The first stop was at La Fontainebleau, where a stunning chateau of Napolean was the site of the day. After a delicious cuppachino at a French bistro, the journey continued. After another 2 hours journey we reach Chateau De Cruix in the Boujelais Wine Region. The scenic hills of the vineyards surrounded us as we were given the opportunity to taste some of the award winning wine along with some ...

My word don't miss this surprise. Go and ride it or if you have to drive it. It's a ...

We were shown some young chicks, and tasted asparagus and apricot juice. The next was a farm specialising in pogne, a bread with cranberries in it. The whole farm was open to wander and in some really old fashioned barns were sone cattle and local sheep. The sheep ...

... through the washing machine. The Ferme en Ferme weekend Is coming up, so we will spend time enjoying the sun here. The town of Hauterives is home to a national monument. A palace (?) built by the postman in the late 19C. Not my taste - seems to be the product of a weird mind. It appears to take inspiration from the Sagradia Familia in Barcelona. But it's a very popular attraction. We are in the foothills of the Alps. We aren't far from Grenoble and the snowy peaks look ...
