... I don't want to sound too confident here, but I think Josh and I have finally become quite sufficient in using public transit here in Paris. I love how efficient the trains are! I have yet to see any train or bus run behind schedule.
Now it's time to relax with a glass of wine, and plan out our day for tomorrow. Only one day left in Paris before we head to Beaune! We have to make the most of it!

... rushed ....self imposed.....so punched in the first museum I saw in Caen into the gps...off I went....bada boom bada bing...I was at the Castle of Caen....k not a D-Day museum.....but was really cool....wandering around castles is fun. Hard to believe that this city was pulverized while being liberated.... and it wasn't really very far from the beaches but it took the Allies 6 weeks to get here...

... of dates. There were stray cats roaming the enclosed space and pigeons flying in and out f the remaining facade of a church.
We also found a tiny boulangery (bakery) and a McDonalds (ya for Josh because he loves french fries).
From there we returned to the hotel and settled down for our first of official night in ...
