      Welcome to Queenstown

We negotiated part of the Haast Pass by jetboat. It was a great way to see the surrounds and snow covered mountains. Straight into Queenstown and up to view the night sky on the gondola. The next day was free so I spent time looking around and walking. We boarded a steamboat and ended the night with a singalong!

Another gorgeous drive here in Zealand, stopping at all the scenic spots along the way. (170km)

This is Gods own country. We stopped at many gorgeous spots along the way. Kingston was lovely with beautiful autumn trees surrounding the Kingston Lake. So many beautiful picnic & BBQ …

Usually, because there is only one major highway to anywhere, the image has looked like a green snake squirming its way …

... I only stayed for half of the match because I had to work at 11 am. They apparently bring around free pizza for a while....so I ended up getting to eat a little something....free foooooodddd always tastes so much better.

I headed out around 12 and said my goodbyes to Rod. Hopefully we will see each other again - either when I go to visit OZ in November or if Rod comes with me to Asia in September.
