... proceeded to wedged open the barriers that were preventing our exit. He then proceed to walk us all the way to the Palace - but on the way was only too glad to give us his business card for his restaurant and showed us pictures on his iPhone of the table settings. Nice Man - hopefully someone gives you a good one soon - Merci Monsieur.
I tried to get a credit for these wrong purchases but no such luck - no English attendent = ...

In the afternoon we opted to try a free walking tour of the Notre Dame area of Paris with a local guide. The tour is free and you just tip the guide whatever you want at the end. We really enjoyed it and found out plenty of things ...

With the sleeping tablets and ear plugs working to beyond perfection my alarm had been going for a good few minutes before it roused me from my dream.
