I am pleased with Gladys. She doesn't beat about the bush and is really quite a 'modern' sort of sat nav. ... was an experience cause the elevator or "lift" as they call it was very tight with 6 of us. It got stuck between floors and made some jarring movements and the doors wouldn't open.
