    ... There are lots of rugby players here from England and America - men & women's teams and just now a coach of Asian (Chinese I think), followed by another coach of Indians - it's feeling quite international! I think they must be doing Euro Disney (not the rugby players) as I over heard.... Tomorrow we'll head to Normandy and find a place to stay - ferry perhaps Sunday or Monday, we'll see...... Bon ...

    ... on us as we trundled our shopping out of the town suburb, back across the bridge and to ST. The washing was drying nicely in the slight breeze and sunshine. We did a bit of cleaning and tidying up ready for our arrivals tomorrow after we had put away all the food etc. The fridge is packed full with no room for beers and cupboards groaning. We had to open all the windows as it was lovely and warm and so had a nice cold beer.

    ... it is tricky to get big items down the stairs. There were no dramas getting on the train this time. Everyone managed to get onto the train in good time. However, we had not been given good instructions about how to find the car place on foot and exited the barriers thinking we could walk from the station to the place. After wandering round for a while to try to find the right exit we found the information desk and were told ...

    ... the town. One rue is even called Serpentine. But there is also the relatively straight Grand Rue with its 3 boulangeries, 2 boucheries, banks, hairdressers, pharmacies, and the town's only supermarket-which is small but well stocked. One whole aisle is dedicated to chocolate---one of the many reasons I love France.

    The people are relaxed, accommodating, and friendly-not only to us but to each other. We notice more ...
