... The Older church is no longer used but well maintained. It has exposed original mosaic flooring in places and frescos cove parts of the walls,. Some of these are in fairly good condition. There is a large wooden cross on one wall with somewhere below it where the locals can light a candle. It turns out that this is the Baptistry of the Newer church. The newer church next door is very ornate. A man is playing the organ so we do not take any photos or stay long. The TD ...

      ... October
25th 2014 I went with two lovely ladies and one wonderful
man to a club. My very first club. And as I am Canadian I was getting
ready for bed before I had even left the house. The party was
beginning at 12:30 am and I think drinking beer and presseco was the
only thing keeping me awake! After getting ready for 4 hours, it was
finally time to leave. It was a crazy night, full ...

... a beer and the buffet is wonderful selection of Italian breads, pizza, olive breads etc. just what we needed. After a couple of drinks and chatting, we are showing our tiredness and decide it is time to head back. We will meet in the morning about 9:30 at the airport (again) to pick up the hire car. On our way back we look for a bank where we can withdraw some money. We end to have cash to pay for the apartment in Nesso when ...

... my new running capris, not very exciting..... Monday, I saw Christine off about lunchtime and headed back to the Duomo. This time I actually went inside and up to the terraces. After a quick lunch of the delicious Milanese fried bread, /i went to Museo Novecentro, a modern art museum, inspired by the Guggenheim, which was very cool too. I think I would like to return to Milan as there is so much to see and do, that we just ran out of time to do it ...
