... It wasn't long before we headed out the door to explore the hotel then downtown Disney. I was pleased to finally find Elsa for Gillian as she had most elusive since Hong Kong. ... and we were really happy with what we saw. For us the gardens, their scale, the sculptures, fountains and the overall design were a highlight. When walking back to the train station we saw a beggar with a cat that looked like it was actually enjoying all the activity and attention! 2:30pm We are now back in the Latin Quarter, have done some more shop browsing and now sitting in the sun in a wee bar/cafe by the pavement watching the world go by. The atmosphere when you walk down the street of Disney village is just
amazing it puts you in the mood, there are lots of shops and
restaurants, sports bar was nice too. As expected two big shops in which to buy all things disney, usual
prices to be had. Disney popular Mickey cafe is also here and the cowboy
I spent three nights and three days in Paris. It was really beautiful. Paris was really big, even though it was such a large city it still had a very old feel to it. Switching between languages has been one of the most challenging things. I often forget what country I am in. whether I'm speaking french, English, German, Italian and now Greek starting tomorrow. I often find myself trying to find the right word for hello or thank you. ...
