... along the way. Of course I was worried about Dad and a few of the others making it down in one piece, that I wasn't always watching my step but theirs and ended up falling twice myself. All good, just a bruised ego!

Our reward was lunch at the end of the trail at a hotel/restaurant that had a lovely patio to take in the views. We could have walked the rest of the way back into the town, but it is a boring paved walk with not much to look ...

Oskar Schindler's factory produced enamelware and some armaments. He employed a lot of Jewish people and provided food and assistance to them. This kept them out of the concentration camps and saved their lives. .

We stayed the night at Zakopane, a little village in the Tatra Mountains.

... on a path made of big rocks. The view was amazing and the water was so clear and fresh. We even filled up our waterbottle on the hike up using run off from the mountains. Then we got the horse and carriage on the way back down the mountain. Then we got the bus to Zakopane and then to Kraków ...

... me to make myself at home- good already done.

After officially checking in and a few recommendations from the owner I'm off for a little dinner and a little evening walk in the hills. It's still extremely hot here and from what I understand I have just missed the rain. I take the day easy sticking to meandering roads making my way to the ski hill for some lovely sunset ...
