... the scenery was so incredible!! After swims and a picnic lunch we drove home via another gorgeous spring! A lovely meal thanks to Jen, great company and wine, lovely first day. ... t floated anywhere and apart from our wet chairs not much evidence of the storm. We did find evidence when we headed out to Wyndham 100km away. Stopping off at The Grotto on the way. A beautiful waterfall. We walked over the top of the streams feeding the falls from the recent rains. We then climbed down the 150 steps carved into the cliff to the bottom. Simply beautiful. As was the view from the 5 river lookout in Wyndam. Can't say the same for the town ...

... there was no way I was going to eat raw garlic or spring onions.
It was almost like going into a new country except that they didn't ask to check our passports or visa.
Other than that it was all very quick and we made our way to the first town where the supermarket is open until 9.00 pm, even on a Sunday.

... the locals. It is pretty much sitting around 40 degrees most of the time. Shane and I spend the week seeing the sites in Kununurra. One day we picnic at Lake Argyle and see huge crocodiles swimming down the middle, this is our best sighting of them yet.
