Our Ultimate goal was to reach the Tropical Rain Forrest of the Daintree in Northern QLD.
And so we found ourselves on the Barkley Hwy which crosses the Barkley Table Lands..

Last night about 10pm we woke up to thunder and lightning with heavy RAIN but it only lasted about an hour and today you can not see even where was wet. It is 9am and the temp is 32 with a high of 37 a little cooler from yesterday's 43.
