... everyone was in bed and I was very ready for bed! The next day we went altogether to Hoorn to visit grandads sister, Sieny. I haven't seen Sieny in years so I was really looking forward to it. Sieny doesn't speak any English so everyone else had to help with translation. Remko's mum Aly, who has also been to NZ before, was also there so it was also nice to see her. After the session, we toured the university farm. It is one farm for crops and livestock, different than MSU, where we have one farm for each type of livestock, and separate farms for crops. When we arrived in Dronten, we dropped our stuff off in our rooms. We were staying in a guest dormitory at the college CAH Dronten for the night. We had skyped with the students previously, and were supposed to do a group project with them, but it didn't work out. The dorm didn't have gender separations for the bathrooms, which was new to us.
