A nice gentle start on the slopes
... huge bank of powder which took me a while to wriggle out of. I'm not totally alone though, I think everyone had a fall in the powder at some point.

Team dinner at 14
... fig chutney and toasts and then-yes more!-honeycomb and apple parfait with apple sorbet. My goodness! The most incredible meal I've ever had. The chefs are outstanding. The service was smooth and charming, so impressed with the hosts.
After finishing our drinks in the lounge the team head out for a few drinks on the town. I'm entirely sure that Verbier nightlife is quite me. Very different to La Ros vibe of fun and friendly. I need to do a bit more expolring to find my fit I think.

Still A Long Way to Milan
I was very nervous this morning. Setting out on any journey into the unknown, presents a mix of excitement and worry. With Sid off to work I enjoyed breakfast with Muneera and Rais.
