... running around in circles). At least they didn't tell me I couldn’t come back! We will see how a feel next week as to if I decide to join them again. I do however know I will be more cautious when they invite me to play a friendly match of any sport. To end this I will tell you I bought a pair of Ugg boots today… I feel a little ashamed. They maybe quite ugly, but it is cold here (not in respect to MI ...
Lancaster, Lancashire, United Kingdom scharrak... takes blow up boats half way round the world to some of the largest rivers known to man don't they?
Anyway, it know looks like we'll be hiring out there, which worked in Nepal, but rather than being able to hire a trusty Scud the raft centre we found has given us a list of boats which I have never heard of. Time to start searching Google me thinks.
... terribly long, so I will cut to the chase. It is very beautiful here, the weather leaves something to be desired (but I hear its not to great back home either), the people are (generally) nice, and the food isn't that bad (though I won't recommend the sausages as they are very 'Dodgy' - no one really knows if there is meat in them). If you have any curiosities about life in England tell me so I have something to write about next week!
Cheers! xx
4 hours through my flight to Peru. Only 11 hours left. Britsh airways flights been fantastic so far, hope I get my luggage in Lima though! Regretting not learning more Spanish, this is going to be a interesting month. Gonna finish my beer, free drinks on flight! Sweet, update soon. Sent from my iPhone
Manchester, United Kingdom crazynutter... coming back home due to falling ill in India. I did make it to China as well and saw some amazing things but when it got to the point where I was bed ridden and starting to feel depressed I knew it was time to come home. After months of seeing different doctors and numerous tests we established that i had inherited an immune system deficiency that my dad so kindly passed down (thanks dad!). Anyway, looks like it was set off by a virus ...
Manchester, England, United Kingdom lornastravels... for dinner (mum passing on the mushy peas) and were amused to see people sitting outside in the freezing cold weather eating their fish and chips there so they could feed their dog fish and chips at the same time. Mum thought that was totally ridiculous.
Anyway, we went to bed shortly after that coz it was just too damn cold for anything else really, and thought it best to be rested for the journey the following morning to the Lake District!
I am not sure where I left you off, but since I last wrote I spent my last day in Dublin watching the gaelic football match between County Kerry and County Cork. The streets morphed into a sea of red and white and green and yellow as fans made their way to Croke Park for the match. I wore red and white to support County Cork because after spending a week in Cork I felt like I had family there and wanted to support them. I watched the game in a bar ...
Manchester, England, United Kingdom hippietraveler... 1st Aug to 1st Sept) :(
It was hard to get in and out .. we had to walk a lot .. and use taxi as well.
After waiting for a bus long time (X5 or X6) .. we took a taxi to the hotel (City Inn).

... dazu. Aber naja, I'll manage over the time.
