      ... board. You simply call out a name and the bar man creates your shot in front of your eyes. When I say create, I literally mean, 'create'.       ... of Eze. It is a beautiful village, very small, and all up on a mountain by the sea. The streets are tiny, (like all French villages we saw), but the view from the top is spectacular, (see posted pictures). You can see for miles and miles around.
