These names resonate sun, sea and sand (i.e private (expensive) beaches and glamour). That's where we headed off for summer 2010.

... It can be quite disorienting to when your used to paying the person that serve you and ten they ask you in another language to pay elsewhere! It was a very good croissant though! ... cones and stopping suddenly to look in a shop window, blocking the narrow way. We revisited the old church at the highest point in the village. Then we tracked down the shop of our German friend Giesela, proprietress of Les Trois Etioles. It had moved to another part of the village, but the fabulous home-made liquors were alive and well. In most high schools, and even universities, in the U.S., they have a very detailed field trip plan and everyone is very restricted as to what they can go see and when.
