    On the trail. We hiked from Les Houches to Refuge de la Miage. Stunning views all the way. Hiked across a suspension bridge over a stream flowing from an Alpine glacier. The day ended with a long long descent that was very ******* our knees, but we survived. Dinner was surprisingly romantic and elegant in a gazebo like dining room in a very secluded mountain valley.
