      Another cold but clear morning as we left the apartment, in two trips down the five flights of steps, then enjoyed a coffee at a cafe on the corner. We had seen the nearby taxi ranks each day we have been here, but alas, today when we needed one the local authorities had closed the road to put the Christmas lights up.       ... dummy spit, and refuses to acknowledge where you are or provide any information at all. Nothing. Just the car on a gray screen, not even identifying that you are on a road. No help as to how to get back on track either, total sulk. On a more amusing note, She does say to "keep driving on this road for a long time"! We worked out that this is a distance more than 10 km.
