    ... welcome. The hostess recommended a restaurant in Dole so off we went. We had the menu at 18€ and it was fabulous. Warm Chicken liver salad with goats cheese wrapped in Parma ham followed by calves liver (a lot of vitamin A) with a delicious sauce. Then ice cream pud. Just what we needed.
