Mercure Belo Horizonte 3m

Saí do Rio de Janeiro e parti para Belo Horizonte, no estado de Minas Gerais.
Estive no municipio de Formiga, onde nasceu minha mãe e depois fui para BH visitar Rogério e Daiane. Um casal de minissionários amigos meus. Rogério trabalha com um ministério infantil e a Daiane está concluindo a universidade. Ambos estão aguardando o tempo para partir para Moçambique.

We loved Ilha Grande, and as with Rio have vowed to come back. Absolutely perfect to go for a few weeks anual leave type holiday combined with Rio again (see, we're planning our next trip already, and we haven't even finished this one!)

Sunday in Belo Horizonte, and everyone who has at least a leg or two is out and about. The main avenue is closed to the traffic and a street market takes place in the morning. All sorts of things are for sale from hundreds of stalls, and the locals seem very happy to drag home their purchases, from puppies to oil paintings, small furniture and lots of clothing.
